Not your everyday vegetable stew! Our Moroccan inspired spice blend adds a punch of flavour to this super comforting veggie-filled dish Ingredients 3 tbsp. (3 x 15ml) Olive oil 1 large Onion 2 Carrots 2 large Potatoes 1 Courgette 1 tsp (5ml) Salt ½ tsp (2.5ml) Pepper ½ tsp (2.5ml) Paprika 1 Chicken stock ½ litre (500ml) Water 2 tbsp. (2 x 15ml) soft +cheese Method First we get a clean pan and put on the cooker on medium heat, we then add the 3 tbsp. of olive oil, 1 chopped onion then stir the onions till they turn light brown. Then add the chopped carrots, chopped potatoes, chopped courgette. Stir the ingredients together Now add one teaspoon of salt, black pepper, paprika, and one chicken stock (crush the chicken stock and add into the pan). Now stir all ingredients till mixed evenly Add half a litre of boiled water into the pan, stir again then place the lid on the pan and let boil for 15 minutes. Pour the pan into a blender, and blend well. Once blended pour the mix into a clean pan then place the pan on the cooker on low heat. Finally, add two tablespoons of soft cheese and stir well then let cook for 3 minutes Once cooked serve Enjoy! Believe me, it’s very tasty #VegSoupRecipe #شوربة_الخضار #رمضان_كريم
