Traditional Turkish Tandir Soup Recipe By Aysenur Altan
Traditional Turkish Tandır Soup is a very healthy recipe full of mixed beans (chickpeas, white beans and green lentils ) and meat is well known in Turkish Cuisine. With its variety of ingredients, it can be a main dish with a bowl of salad and a piece of bread. The recipe also comes from Ottoman Cuisine and there are many versions including a vegetarian version.
